The Coach Community by Oli-Stick is a private community that supports innovation practitioners. It is a place to ask questions, network with peers, learn from experts, and have access to exclusive content.
The community is centred around an easy-to-use community platform tool with access to chats, forums, live sessions and resources. The platform will include learning channels for discussions around skill development topics such as: workshop design, pitch preparation, and working with senior stakeholders. This online community will be a space to share your thoughts, challenges and wins.
The Coach Community will also include an annual in-person event, virtual networking opportunities, and interactive webinars. The webinars will contain deep-dives into coaching-specific topics such as environmental blockers and delivery best practices.
